This man is the pizza gift that keeps on giving. Back with another recipe, this time @pizza_jew brings us Sausage & Peppers pizza. A simple classic, inspired by his mother-in-law.

It’s sweet, salty, and simple. Guaranteed to be a hit.

Step 1:

Cut the peppers into thin strips, place into a roasting tin with the olives and capers. Add black pepper and extra virgin olive oil and roast in Dome at around 482°F.

Step 2:

Open up your dough ball of choice and top with mozzarella and roasted sausage (roast them in advance by removing sausage casing and frying off in a pan until cooked through).

Step 3:

Remove the peppers mix from the Dome and add to your dough base. Grate parmesan over the top of the pizza.

Step 4:

Bake in Gozney Dome or Roccbox at 450°F on a low flame until golden brown. Slice and enjoy.

Time to fire up your Gozney Pizza Oven! Oh and don't forget to rate this recipe!
