Sometimes the best pizza, is the simplest pizza. Nail the perfect Margherita with Gozney Brand Partner and pizza royalty Chris Bianco (@pizzeriabianco).

Ingredients

1 dough ball

Handful of flour to dust

4 tbsp Bianco DiNapoli New York Style Organic Pizza Sauce

1tbsp parmesan, grated

1 ball mozzarella, torn

Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

Small handful of basil, leaves torn

Step 1:

Stretch out the pizza dough, use some flour to stop it sticking to the surface and allow the dough to stretch naturally with its own weight.

Step 2:

Spread the pizza sauce over the pizza, leaving a small crust and some gaps for toppings.

Step 3:

Sprinkle over the parmesan and the mozzarella, filling in the gaps.

Step 4:

Drizzle over some extra virgin olive oil and slide the pizza onto a Gozney pizza peel.

Step 5:

Heat the Gozney Dome to 215 ° C / 420 ° F, low flame. Place into the oven, use the Gozney turning peel to move the pizza around the oven.

Step 6:

Remove from the oven, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with the freshly torn basil leaves. Slice and serve!
