To clean the internal areas, ignite the oven and gradually increase the temperature to 750°F.
Maintain a high temperature for 3 hours, or until the build ip of soot and baked on debris is burnet off.
For any persistent stains on the stone floor, allow the oven to fully cool.
Using a soft brush, gently scrape the affected area to remove the debris, taking care not to damage the stone.
A vacuum cleaner can then be used to remove the excess debris from the oven chamber.
The exterior of your Gozney Dome can be cleaned using a non caustic bleach free cleaning spray. Avoid spraying directly onto the temperature display, flame regulation dial or meshed areas on the oven dock.
Using a non abrasive cloth, polish any dirty areas and then wipe clean with paper towels.
For any persistent stains, a specialist cleaner such as Bar Keepers Friend Stain Remover can be used. Always check with the manufacturer prior to using chemical cleaning products.
