Ashley and Ryan started Outside Pizza as an idea to take pizza along on hikes in National Parks and beyond for silly delicious Instagram content, but after getting tired of eating day-old, slightly-stale slices, they thought, “Wouldn’t it be great if we had fresh, hot pizza RIGHT HERE?” From that moment, Outside Pizza set out to make that dream a reality. They found themselves a 1958 Shasta trailer and turned it into a glorious pizza-making machine, complete with three Gozney Roccboxes, allowing them to dish out fresh sourdough pizza pies almost anywhere! Well, within Colorado.
Fast forward four years, and they’re getting ready to open a pizza shop in Denver, where they will be able to utilize all the amazing local produce, grains, and meat Colorado has to offer.

Through a love of pizza and the outdoors, Ashley and Ryan wanted to bring the freshest pizza to the mountains of Colorado. From their old camper trailer, turned pizza truck, they now bring a premium, environmentally conscious pizza-eating experience to all who visit.
